This package includes support throughout your pregnancy and birth. It includes two antenatal meetings where we will discuss your birth preferences, goals and any fears you may have.  We will talk about ways to make these goals happen, with education on techniques for the labour and birth you want. This package also includes one-on-one, in-person support throughout your labour, from whenever you feel you need me,  for as long as it ends up being. I support people birthing in Wellington, Hutt Valley, Kapiti Coast and Palmerston North. I am happy to support you at home, in a primary birthing unit or hospital. 

Having a new baby is tough, and sometimes the village doesn't turn up! As a postpartum doula, I will support you however you need, from holding baby while you sleep, to cooking dinner and folding the washing. Whatever you need to adjust to this new season of life. 

Minimum 3 hour sessions.
